We ship all products within 2 business days.

Australia Post Express post is the perferred method we use, and orders often delivered in 2-3 business days.

Customers are welcome to provide their own shipping labels / courier pickup.


Refunds and Return Merchandise Authorization RMA

In case of a return is required, please login to your account and click RMA Request on dash board, select the appropriate order and lodge and RMA, please provide as much information as possible. We will contact you with in 1 business day and provide a return lable to pickup the faulty part and ship replacement within 2 working days.

You can lodge an RMA by calling us on 02 9597 4080, we are open 9 – 5:30, Monday to Friday, or contact us by email or can be initiated under My Returns after login.

We provide a return lable and organise a courier to pickup the part, in case you are outside the courier pickup area (remote areas) you can drop off the product(s) at your nearest post office using our courier label, all postage are paid.

Returns are processed with in 2 business days of being received in our warehouse.

If you happen to order the wrong product and wish to have it replaced, customer will only be responsible for postage fees.

In case a refund is required, it will be issued same method the order was paid within 2 business days after the part is received.

Current web site items of goods, unused, undamaged and fully marketable, may be returned and the order cancelled (for any reason) within thirty days of delivery with the prior agreement of the Company. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and attract 30% restocking fee.

If goods received are faulty or incorrect, customer have the option of replacement or refund.

All returns will be processed within 5 business days.
